General clean
This entails cleaning all the appliances and cupboards inside and out in the kitchen, oven cleaning bathroom and other rooms in the property, from de-scaling of taps, tiling, grouting, wiping down all the woodwork. Hoovering all carpeted floors or moping all hard floors. Cleaning all fittings and cleaning all surfaces.
Curtain Clean
Vacuum brush of curtains is carried out on site.
Window Clean
Window cleaning is carried out both inside and outside where access is possible.
Light Cleaning
Wiping and dusting all exterior surfaces. Cleaning the flooring throughout. Wiping the furniture throughout the property.
Carpet cleaning
By water injection method (steam cleaning).
Office cleaning
A cleaning specification tailored to your individual requirements will be provided, detailing daily, weekly and monthly duties.
We will make sure that your WCs are thoroughly cleansed every day and that your telephones are sanitised weekly. Your carpets will be powerfully vacuumed and your polished floor areas will gleam everyday. We will provide all necessary machinery, equipment and materials.
Cleaning of carpets, upholstery, window blinds, polished floors, light fittings, tiled walls, high areas, in fact everything can be arranged.
Communal Areas
Hovering and washing floors. Wiping banisters, balustrades, all masonry work, all fixtures and fittings. Collecting any junk mail, cleaning the patios. Replacing the light bulbs. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Builders Clean
Removal of all labels from windows, bathroom/toilet, kitchen etc. Clean all floors/windows of any paint and plaster. Windows, windows frames and sills. Wash down skirting boards, doors and door frames. Clean all kitchen surfaces and cupboards inside and out. Clean bathroom/toilet inside and out. Make sure that property is dust free when we leave.
